Cotton Tree Holiday Park has one of the most prime locations on the Sunshine Coast. The park itself borders the Maroochy River entrance and essentially has its own private beach. The surf beach in addition to the sheltered inlet makes it ideal for water activities, and the early morning sunrise and afternoon sunsets are absolutely magical. It’s easy to see why this park is so popular year on year.
